Montana Skies, LLC collects the minimum information needed to respond to you and run this website. We do not sell personal data, and we never have.

Information we collect

When you submit the contact form, we collect the name, email address, phone number, company, and project details you choose to provide. We also collect aggregate, non-identifying analytics about page visits — pages viewed, referring site, and general region — to understand which parts of the site are useful.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and, if we work together, to administer the engagement.
• To send occasional engineering notes, but only if you explicitly opted in.
• To improve the content and performance of this website.

What we don’t do

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site. We do not use information submitted through this form to train machine learning models.

Client confidentiality

Information disclosed during an engagement is governed by the mutual non-disclosure agreement we sign before technical discussions begin. Client names and case study details appear on this site only with written permission.

Retention and your rights

Inquiry records are retained for 24 months unless an engagement begins, in which case contract records are retained per the engagement agreement. You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@mtskies.com. We respond within 30 days.

Cookies

This site uses a single first-party cookie to remember your cookie preference and privacy-preserving analytics that do not set cross-site identifiers. No advertising cookies are placed.

Security

We maintain administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we hold, including encryption in transit, least-privilege access controls, and annual security training for all staff. No system is perfectly secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you promptly.
